A small batch, hand made gluten free fusilli pasta. These spirals are traditionally extruded, hung and dried and includes is a delicious combination of five vegetables for added nutrients and flavour.
This artisan pasta has an amazing texture when cooked, much like regular wheat pastas and is very filling.
