Healthy Choc Hazelnut Spread
Time: 10 minutes
Makes: approx. 2/3 cup
Ingredients
1.5 cups dry roasted hazelnuts
1 tbsp raw cacao powder
1.5 tbs organic coconut sugar
1.5 tbsp organic coconut milk powder (optional)
¼ tsp Tahitian vanilla powder
1 tiny pinch of salt (optional)
1 tbsp raw cacao powder

Method
In a food processor, blend hazelnuts until it turns into hazelnut butter – smooth and creamy.
Depending on your food processor it should only take 1-2 minutes. It may take a little longer so don’t stress!
Once your hazelnuts are blended, add the remaining ingredients and blend until all combined well.
Transfer to a jar to store.
Store it in the fridge for up to 2 weeks – if it lasts that long.
