Healthy Banana Oat Pancakes

Makes: 1 serve
Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

1 ripe banana
1 egg
1/4 cup oat flour

(For gluten friendly option: mill/blend our Gluten Tested Rolled Oats to a flour and use instead of regular Oat Flour)

Method

  1. Heat a pan on medium heat.
  2. Mash the banana in a small bowl. Add egg and stir to combine. Add oat flour and mix until well combined.
  3. Spoon pancake mix onto hot pan in desired sizes. Works best in smaller sized pancakes.
  4. Cook until bubbles appear and start to pop. Flip pancakes until they are cooked and light brown in colour.
  5. Serve with your favourite toppings.

Can be multiplied to serve as many people as needed.
