Healthy Banana Oat Pancakes

Ingredients
1 ripe banana
1 egg
1/4 cup oat flour
(For gluten friendly option: mill/blend our Gluten Tested Rolled Oats to a flour and use instead of regular Oat Flour)
Method
- Heat a pan on medium heat.
- Mash the banana in a small bowl. Add egg and stir to combine. Add oat flour and mix until well combined.
- Spoon pancake mix onto hot pan in desired sizes. Works best in smaller sized pancakes.
- Cook until bubbles appear and start to pop. Flip pancakes until they are cooked and light brown in colour.
- Serve with your favourite toppings.
Can be multiplied to serve as many people as needed.
