Creamy Collagen Chocolate Gummies

Ingredients

½ cup water
250ml milk or plant milk
50g dark chocolate buttons
Pinch salt
1 tsp vanilla extract or 1/4 tsp vanilla powder
½ tbsp maple syrup
3 tbsp Natural Gelatin
3 tbsp Collagen Beauty

Method

  1. Add water to gelatin and bloom.
  2. Place milk, chocolate, collagen, vanilla extract, salt and maple syrup in a pot and heat, stirring constantly until chocolate is melted.
  3. Add gelatin mixture to liquid, stir until dissolved.
  4. Pour into silicone moulds and set in the fridge 2+ hours.
