Organic rolled spelt is a nutritious alternative to rolled oats. Spelt does have gluten, but due to its higher protein and fibre properties, it is more easily digested than wheat.
Rolled spelt is super versatile and can be used in a number of dishes from breakfast cereals, porridge, baking and basically any recipe calling for rolled oats.
