Description
Psyllium is a herb native to India and North Africa. The husk is obtained from the crushed seeds of the plantago ovata plant and contains no additives or preservatives. Organic psyllium has a nutty flavor and aroma, with high natural fibre content. It can be added to smoothies, porridge and cereals or in raw treats, bliss balls and slices. Psyllium can also be added as a thickening agent in soups.
