Description
Pine nuts are small beige kernels with a creamy, soft texture and subtle, sweet flavour. They contain a range of vitamins and essential minerals. Commonly used in pesto, pinenuts are also delicious raw in trail mixes and smoothie bowls or toasted to add to salads, rice dishes and stir fries.
