Monk fruit is a fruit native to southern China and northern Thailand, and is cultivated for its fruit extract which is a popular sugar alternative. It is zero GI and contains no sugars or carbs, making it a fantastic natural sweetener option. It is approximately 150-250 times more sweet than sugar, so use very sparingly.
This monk fruit powder is not combined with any other natural sweeteners, like most pakaged monk fruit sweeteners.
