Description
These brown linseeds are organically grown in Australia. They are a small, shiny, oval shaped seed with a light nutty flavour. Linseeds are a rich source of fibre and essential fatty acids including omegas 3 and 6. Linseeds are found in LSA. They can also be ground to a meal for muffins, cookies and slices, protein balls and raw treats or added whole to cereals, breads and other baked goods.
