Description
Coconut Amino is a salty-sweet sauce that is a great soy and gluten free alternative to soy sauce. It is the nectar of the coconut blossom that is then fermented and aged to develop the sweet and sour taste.
It is a delicious natural ingredient for dressings, sauces and stir fries and can be used in place of tamari or soy sauce. It can also be used with tamari (or soy sauce) to create a healthy teriyaki.
Our organic coconut amino is a strong flavour and has not been ‘watered down’ with any additional ingredients like the brands commonly found in the supermarket. It is a bold and delicious flavour and means that the bottle lasts much longer as you don’t need to use as much to get the flavour you are looking for.
