These delicious choc chip cookies come as a ready made mix in a jar, and are super easy to make. Made with only organic ingredients, you can be assured there are no nasty hidden ingredients. And they come in plastic free packaging!
Makes a delicious traditional choc chip cookie.
Additional Ingredients
– 150g unsalted butter
– 2x eggs
– 1 tsp vanilla
Method
Preheat oven to 180C or 160C fan forced.
In a mixing bowl, beat the butter until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla and beat until combined.
Add in the jar contents, and mix with spoon until combined.
Spoon mixture into balls and slightly flatten on lined tray.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until light golden brown.
