Organic chana dal are baby chickpeas that are split and polished. They look and taste like sweet corn kernels and are high in protein, fibre, vitamins and minerals. Chana Dal is low GI and can be used in soups, curries, salads, rice dishes and dips. Chana Dal need to be soaked prior to cooking.
