It is traditionally taken as a tonic, with the mushroom and hot water. However, there are many other ways it can be consumed. It doesn’t get affected by hot or cold so you can add it to almost anything.
How much to take?
Take 1/4 -1/2 tsp per serve. Start with less and you can build up the amount based on your body’s reaction to the mushroom.
