Description
Cacao paste, also known as cacao mass or cacao liquor, is raw chocolate in it’s purest form. Produced by fermenting the cacao beans, drying them, then grinding into a liquid form. Once cooled, it forms these dark solid chunks. Containing all the goodness and antioxidant properties of raw cacao, cocoa paste is an ideal base for chocolate making, added to smoothies, raw baking, ganache and puddings.
