Description
Organic brown rice flour is more nutritious, darker in colour and slightly stronger in flavour than white rice flour. It is naturally free from gluten and rich in fibre and protein. Brown rice flour can be used in shortbread recipes, to make sauces, noodles, to coat food, cereals and desserts. It must be mixed with gluten-rich flour to make a yeast-raised bread as it tends to produce crumbly baked goods when used alone.
