Description
The brazil nut is not actually a nut but a large fruit seed. These brazil nuts are grown organically and sustainably in Bolivia and are a good source of selenium, fibre and minerals.They have a rich, creamy texture and are delicious eaten on their own or added to dried fruit/nut mixes, raw and baked goodies, mueslis, veggie burgers, cakes and breads. They can be ground for a tasty nut butter or nut mylk or blended in smoothies.
