Description
Organic black rice is a medium grain rice with a purple?hue when cooked, and a soft fluffy texture. It is a good source of protein, iron, fibre and multiple antioxidants. Black rice is popular in Asian dishes, however can be used in a variety of ways like added to salads, as a?side dish, in rice pudding, sushi or any dish calling for rice. It is best to soak ice prior to cooking, but isn’t necesary.
