Description
Baobab is an exotic fruit, native to South Africa where it has been used for centuries by indigenous people because of its extraordinary high levels of essential nutrients. The Baobab fruit dries naturally on the tree and the pulp is simply crushed and sieved to produce Baobab powder, maintaining all of its natural raw flavour and goodness.
Packed?with antioxidants, it is high in fibre and a rich source of vitamin C – higher?than goji berries and blueberries. Baobab powder has an exotic, light tangy flavour and?easily added?to smoothies, porridge, yoghurt or added to your baking.
Add up to 1 tablespoon to a smoothie, coconut water, yoghurt, chia pudding, bliss balls or any of your favourite snacks.
