Description
These yummy ANZAC biscuits are perfect all year round. They come as a ready made mix in a jar, and are super easy to make. Made with only organic ingredients, you can be assured there are no nasty hidden ingredients. And they come in plastic free packaging!
Additional Ingredients
– 125g melted butter
– 1/2 tsp bicarb soda
– 2 tbs boiling water
– 2 tbs maple syrup / golden syrup / honey
*Vegan ingredient option
– 125g melted vegan butter or coconut oil
Method
Preheat oven to 180C or 160C fanforced
Add jar contents to large bowl
On low heat, melt butter and maple syrup
In a separate bowl mix bicarb soda and boiling water, then add both wet mixtures to the dry mixture and combine
Spoon mixture into balls and slightly flatten on lined tray
Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown
