Celtic sea salt is naturally slightly moist and retains its unprocessed, unbleached pale grey colour. High quality salt (sodium) contains trace minerals and natural electrolytes and it is a building block of flavour in cooking. Course sea salt can also be used in a relaxing detox bath together with Epsom salts, magnesium flakes and bicarb soda.
