How to use
Just add 95mls of water per 100g of mixture
Add dry mixture into a large bowl
Add water and whisk until combined
Heat a pan on medium heat, when heated add butter or oil to grease pan
Spoon mixture into pan and cook until bubbles just appear, then flip the pancake
Cook for 1 minute or until lightly golden brown
Serve with your favourite toppings
*We have found making larger pancakes yield fluffier pancakes
