These Australian almonds have been blanched and then sliced into slivers. They are deliciously crunchy and creamy in texture and are perfect in salads, cereals, added to trail mixes and raw and baked dishes. Slivered almonds can also take the place of crushed peanuts in cookies, cakes and desserts.
