These buckwheat soba noodles are made with 100% organic buckwheat, with no other wheat flours added. Soba noodles are traditionally used in many Japanese dishes and very versatile. They can be used in hot and cold dishes including stir frys, ramen dishes, noodle salads, miso noodle soup and more.
How to cook
Place buckweat noodles into a pot of boiling water and cook for 7-8 minutes or until soft
