Description
Organic quinoa is native to Bolivia and has been used as a staple there for thousands of years. Quinoa is a seed so it is naturally gluten free and a good source of protein. Red quinoa is firmer textured and crunchier when cooked than black and white quinoa. It is a great alternative to rices and grains, and can be used in salads, soups, burger patties, porridge and puddings.
