Description
Organic quinoa is native to Bolivia and has been used as a staple there for thousands of years. Quinoa is a seed so it is naturally gluten free and a complete protein. The tri colours of this product are well balanced between the earthy flavours of the black and red, and the softer flavour of the white quinoa. It is a great alternative to rices and grains, and can be used in salads, soups, burger patties, porridge and pudding.
