This hazelnt flour (or meal) is made by finely grounding Ausralian grown hazelnuts, giving it a flour like texture. It has a beautiful nutty flavour, and its perfect for adding to whole range of dishes.
This flour is gluten free, and is a great substitute for wheat flours. It adds a depth of flavour to many dishes inlcluding smoothies and smootie bowls, bliss balls, brownies, muffins, crumb coating fish & chicken and many more!
