Organic coconut flour is finely milled coconut flesh with its oil removed. It has a slightly sweet flavour and aroma and is a delicious low-carb, high-fibre alternative. It is naturally gluten free alternative and can be used in both baking and cooking. It can be used as a coating to create a delicious crispy batter.
