Organic oat flour is milled from 100% Australian wholegrain oat flakes and is a great source of essential vitamins, minerals, soluble fibre and antioxidants. Oat flour can be used in most baking applications, either on their own or in conjunction with other flours for making breads, cakes and biscuits, or used as a thickener in a variety of recipes.
