Pink Himalayan salt is naturally rich in iodine and is known for its pure taste. The eye-catching pink colour is due to the presence of iron oxide. This high quality salt (sodium) contains over 80 minerals and trace elements, natural electrolytes and it is a building block of flavour in cooking. Course sea salt can be freshly ground as required and can also be used in a relaxing detox bath together with Epsom salts, magnesium flakes and bicarb soda.
