Description
Organic besan flour is made from stone milled organic ground chickpeas. It is pale in colour with a strong nutty flavour, high in protein and is naturally free from gluten. It is also known as chickpea or gram flour. It is often used in Indian and Middle Eastern cuisines in savoury dishes, but can also be substituted for wheat flours in breads and baking, and other savoury dishes.
