Description
Organic tumeric root from Burma, dried and ground to a fine powder. Tumeric has a rich golden yellow colour with a distinctive warm and spicy flavour and aroma. It is widely used in cuisines around the world to add flavour and colour to a variety of dishes including curries, rice and legume dishes, sauces, dressings, smoothies and dips. Tumeric also has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.
