Description
Organic wholemeal flour that is stone ground to retain the fibre-rich bran of the Australian wheat grain, with added raising agents. Wholegrains contain more fibre, vitamins, minerals and protein than white flour. It has a nutty and full flavour and can be used in place of white self-raising flour in most recipes for a more nutritious option. It may require a little more liquid than your white flour recipe suggests.
