Delicious golden pieces of Buderim ginger that have been dried and infused in cane sugar syrup with no artificial additives or preservatives. They are spicy and sweet and have a firm, chewy texture. This uncrystallised naked ginger is perfect in raw and baked goodies or as a delicious snack on its own.
